Joss Harris

Drawn by the winter alpine lifestyle, Joss Harris has lived and worked in Wanaka since 1984, most recently as a very successful real estate agent.

A well known personality, Joss has been involved in the community working in the ski industry, having put children in local schools and through her dedication to sport - skiing, squash and tennis.

She attends the gym most days, wants more art time and is passionate about everyone enjoying Wanaka's unique environment to the full.

Over the last 25 years since 1984 she has experienced Wanaka's shift from sleepy holiday spot to a serious year-round destination and all the associated growing pains involved in the process. She brings to her successful real estate career over ten years of experience in both buyers' and sellers' markets.

Her philosophy of " if you want to be a winner, work with winners", has brought her to the dynamic team of Wanaka First National. Joss's personal goal is to have as much fun in the next 50 years as she has had in the past 50. Being a well-rounded, forward thinking individual with a wicked sense of humour, she offers her clients a positive and satisfying experience.
